Features of coal fired hot water boiler
1.Wing flue
Function:cut down the smoke temperature inside the high temperature tube plate ,so as to slow down subcooled boiling
Purpose:reduce the thermal load at the bottom of boiler,prevent tube plate cracking ,prevent convex drum
2.Return water eject to the high temperature tube plate
F: Improve the flow rate of high temperature tube plate and prevent subcooled boiling
P:prevent the tube plate cracking
3.Ejector pipe
F:Increase the flow rate of water on water cooling wall in order to prevent subcooled boiling
P:To prevent pipe explosion,Increase the reliability of water cycle
4.Smoke and dust separator chamber
F:Separate smoke and dust according to inertia
P:reduce the original effluent concentration of soot

Normally we use 20 container, 40container or 20 flat rack container and 40 flat rack container to load it. Shipping way is different according to customer's country.
